Dr Sun Bao Qi presents at two international conferences

Dr Sun Bao Qi, Deputy Director (Academic), Research Management, Education Research Funding Programme Office and Senior Education Research Scientist at the Centre for Research in Child Development (CRCD), presented at two international conferences.

On 27 February 2025, she presented her paper titled “Differential Impacts of Cognitive, Psychological, and Ecological Factors on Reading Comprehension Across Languages in Bilingual Children” at the 9th Annual Conference for the Association for Reading and Writing in Asia (ARWA 2025), held at Cebu, Philippines.

Held from 16 – 19 July 2025 at Calgary, Canada, she presented her paper titled “Peer Effects on Biliteracy Development: When Do They Matter, and For Which Language?” at the 2025 Annual Conference of the Society of the Scientific Study of Reading.
