7 aktiviti menarik pupuk kemahiran anak dalam matematik di rumah
BH noted several ways parents prepare their child before primary one, including sending their child to tuition and enrichment classes and noted comments by Dr Ng Ee Lynn, a research scientist from NIE research centre for child development, Office of Education Research that if the class focuses too much on exercise papers, children would not have fun learning. In addition to raising an inquisitive child, parents must also educate children to be more focused and persistent in facing challenges and failures. Associate Professor Lee Ngan Hoe of Mathematics and the Mathematics Learning Academic Group at NIE and the Office of Education Research, and Dr Ng shared seven simple home activities for pre-schoolers aged four to six including doing chores, observing shapes, using and drawing maps, using numbers to indicate positions of objects, counting, situational questions and simple thought provoking questions.
