Prof Tan Oon Seng Gives Keynote at the International Congress for Educators

The XXII edition of the International Congress for Educators (CIE), one of the largest education congresses in South America was held from 15-17 February 2022. The event was carried out virtually and hosted by the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC University) and was themed "Educational Innovation and the Future of Education”. 

Prof Tan Oon Seng, Centre Director of the Centre for Research in Child Development, gave a keynote titled “New Paradigms of Learning beyond the COVID19 Era” to over 1900 educators from the regions of Peru and South America who participated in this conference.
