Dr Kenneth Y T Lim Invited to Speak at the Gifted Education Annual Conference 2021

Dr Kenneth Y T Lim, Research Scientist at the  Centre for Research in Pedagogy and Practice,  Office of Education Research (OER), was invited to speak at this year’s Gifted Education annual conference, organised by the Gifted Education Branch of the Ministry of Education, Singapore.

The conference, held online on 26 November 2021, was themed “Timely changes, timeless constants”. Dr Lim shared on the work of his team in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence and the Internet of Things, with examples drawn from Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) and the Digital Humanities. The Gifted Education annual conference 2021 invited approximately 500 audience members; school leaders and teachers drawn from over forty primary and secondary schools across Singapore, with specific focus on teachers of gifted and high ability learners.
