Dr Jeanne Ho publishes a journal article on the leadership configuration of principals and vice-principals in Singapore in the Journal of Educational Management Administration & Leadership

Dr Jeanne Ho, Senior Teaching Fellow and co-Programme Director of the Teacher Professionalism and Learning Research Programme at the Centre for Research in Pedagogy and Practice, has published a journal article on the leadership configuration or principals and vice-principals in Singapore in the Journal of Educational Management Administration & Leadership. Titled “Shaping the leadership configuration of principals and vice-principals: The principal socialising agent”, the article sought to understand how principals made sense of their vice-principals' roles vis-a-vis their own roles, as well as what influence their perspectives.
