Centre for Assessment & Evaluation (CAE): Dr Tay Hui Yong presents at AERA Annual Meeting 2025
Dr Tay Hui Yong (CAE, Head of Assessment Team) presented her paper* “AI Feedback: Moving Past the Hype toward Effective Practice” at American Educational Research Association (AERA) 2025 at Denver, Colorado (23-27 April 2025).

There were also fruitful discussions of possible research collaborations with renown assessment scholars who have now become good friends: Prof Christopher DeLuca (Director of Queen’s Assessment and Evaluation Group, Queen’s University), Prof Therese Hopfenbeck (Director of the Assessment and Evaluation Research Centre, University of Melbourne) and Prof Anastasiya Lipnevich (Prof at Queens College and the Graduate Centre, CUNY). We also hosted them to a breakfast reception where they got to meet the NIE Director.
