Responding to the nation’s call to broaden the skill sets of graduates to increase job opportunities in different sectors and amid the uncertain economic outlook caused by the current pandemic, NTU launched the FlexiMasters in April 2020. This innovative and flexible Continuing Education and Training (CET) initiative allows working adults to upskill through modular courses that can be stacked towards a micro-credential and, where appropriate, credit transfer to a full Master’s degree.

Nanyang Business School (NBS) has specifically curated advanced graduate-level FlexiMasters business courses for you to acquire the knowledge and skills to boost your career prospects and to ensure your future readiness.

Led by the experienced NBS teaching faculty, industry practitioners are engaged, where applicable, to design the FlexiMasters curricula and provide valuable industry-relevant expertise in the course content. This is a key feature of the FlexiMasters as you will gain industry insights, market perspectives and acquire new knowledge on key-trending business topics.

Our unique FlexiMasters micro-credential aims to support the learning needs of working adults and to allow them the flexibility of planning their individual learning pathways with opportunities to reskill and upskill. Furthermore, with the NBS FlexiMasters certificate having half the academic load of a Master’s programme, you have the choice to transfer the completed courses to a relevant NBS Master’s programme should you wish to pursue an NBS Master’s degree.
