Established to mark 30 years of Nanyang Business School, the NBS30 Fund is our commitment to developing leaders who balance profit with purpose, and who will help shape a future where business serves society. Through community-based projects supported by the Fund, students apply their business, digital, and analytical skills to support NGOs and social enterprises tackle real challenges, while building empathy and growing into responsible future leaders.
   

Turning Empathy Into Action with the CIP

The NBS30 Fund powers a vibrant social impact and innovation ecosystem through the Community Immersion Programme (CIP). Through CIP, students collaborate closely with NGOs, social enterprises, and community partners to turn bold ideas into practical solutions and lasting outcomes.

Become A CIP Mentor

As a CIP mentor, you will guide students as they work with NGOs and social enterprises to address real community challenges.

Mentors provide industry perspectives, help students refine their ideas, and support them in translating business concepts into practical, sustainable solutions. Your experience can help students deepen their understanding of social impact while strengthening their ability to lead with empathy and purpose.
