Dr. Lydia is currently an Associate Professor at the School of Materials Science and Engineering, Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Singapore. She graduated with a Bachelor Degree of Applied Science (with Hons) in 2002 and Doctor of Philosophy in Materials Science and Engineering from NTU in 2007.
Her research focuses on the modification of chemical and physical properties of semiconductor materials to improve the optical and physical properties of semiconductor materials, especially for clean energy applications. Her research group currently focuses on the investigation of non-toxic and abundant metal oxides and chalcopyrite materials. Prof. Lydia has published 104 papers in peer reviewed journals. Her publications have received ~1787 (Scopus) citations and his H-index is 26 (Scopus).
