You Jin Creative Writing Book Prize

Introduction:

The accomplished author and NTU Singapore alumna Madam Tham Yew Chin – better known by her pen name You Jin – and her husband Mr James Jit Teng Lim made a gift to the Department of Chinese, School of Humanities, NTU for the purpose of nurturing Chinese talents and encouraging students’ creative writing in Chinese.

The You Jin Creative Writing Book Prize honors academic excellence in Chinese Creative Writing for students in Nanyang Technological University (NTU). This award is awarded to one top graduating student who has declared a Minor in Chinese Creative Writing and achieved the most outstanding academic results across the Chinese Creative Writing courses.
