Permudah ajar untuk tarik minat pelajar cakap Bahasa Melayu
BH noted that according to veteran teacher 74-year-old Mr Abdolah Lamat, teachers should modify their way of teaching the Malay language in a way that it could encourage and increase the confidence level of students. Mr Abdolah added that the task of teaching the Malay language to children should also be continued by parents and other family members even outside of school. Echoing Mr Abdolah’s sentiment was Ms Nur Atiqah Mohammad Haizan, a part-time lecturer at SUSS. Ms Nur Atiqah, who also hold a Master’s degree in Malay Studies from NIE, NTU said that teachers should adapt their teaching methods to cater to their students.
