Course Description: This seminar-based class introduces students to careers in the field of Environmental Earth Systems Science. Speakers from different industries and backgrounds present what working in those fields looks like on a day-to-day basis, why students may wish to pursue those jobs, and what interested students should do to prepare themselves. Students then have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss.
 

Learning Objective: Each week for 12 weeks of the module, invited speakers from different academic, industrial, governmental and education backgrounds will present what working in those fields is like on a day-today basis, why students may wish to pursue these jobs and what interested students should do to prepare themselves. In Week 13, students will attend a mock job interview.
