Building Educational Bridges: Innovation for School Leaders

Overview

This programme focuses on innovation and high performing educational systems and offers experienced and successful school leaders the opportunity to explore key leadership issues in national and international contexts.

It is jointly conducted at both NIE and various international institutions which include the National College for Teaching & Leadership, UK. School leaders are selected from each country to engage in issues relating to the countries' unique educational systems.

This programme aims to:

• improve understanding of each other's educational systems and the context for leadership and its challenges
• generate ideas on innovation and change for high performance educational system
• define routes for sustaining school leadership and innovation
