DeStigma Win

#NTUEEE students Lai Fu Jun (IEM Yr 2), Frederik Hanson and Hardik Madan (EEE Year 2) and Melise Poon (CSE) were declared Asian champions at the 2023 Microsoft Imagine Cup Epic Challenge. The quartet - “deStigma" - won USD1,000 and a direct path to the World Finals, and are now preparing to face-off against competition from teams from North America, Europe, Middle East and Africa in the finals in March. DeStigma’s project is an AI-powered application that aids psychiatrists in the detection of autism spectrum disorder in children. The team's app data equip psychiatrists with empirical statistics and analysis on their patients, empowering them to make data-driven decisions
