  • Temporary Staff

We are seeking enthusiastic and organized individuals to join our team as Temporary Staff. The primary responsibilities of this role include handling email enquiries, assisting with admission matters, and supporting student activities and other administrative tasks . This temporary position is to provide additional support during peak periods.

Responsibilities:

  1. Email Management:
    • Respond promptly and professionally to email enquiries.
    • Direct enquiries to appropriate offices or personnel when necessary.
    • Maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism in all email communications.
  2. Admission Support:
    • Assist with the admission process by providing information to prospective students.
    • Handle inquiries related to admission requirements, application procedures, and deadlines.
    • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to relevant policies when dealing with sensitive admission-related information.
  3. Student Activities:
    • Collaborate with student organizations and clubs to facilitate various activities and events.
    • Assist in coordinating logistics for student activities, including venue bookings, equipment setup, and catering arrangements.
    • Promote student engagement and participation in extracurricular events and initiatives.
  4. Administrative Tasks:
    • Maintain accurate records and databases related to student enquiries, admissions, and activities.
    • Prepare reports and summaries as required by management.
    • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to remain professional and courteous in all interactions.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in using email and office software applications.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
  • Knowledge of student services or academic environments is an advantage.

Duration and Hours: This is a temporary position. The duration of employment will be determined based on workload and staffing requirements.
