2. Documents to be uploaded during the online application:
    a. One recent passport size photo
    b. NRIC, Citizenship Certificate or Passport (for foreigners)
    c. Official transcripts (MBBS)
        - Official translation in English (if not in English)
        - Original Language (scanned copy)
    d. Bachelor's Degree Certificate (MBBS)
        - ​​​Official translation in English (if not in English)
        - Original Language (scanned ​copy)
    e. Curriculum Vitae
    f. SMC practising certificate

3. Please fill up the form in  here​ ​for responses to the following questions.
  1. What are your past and current involvement in sports?
  2. What would be your potential contribution to sports and exercise medicine?
  3. Are you involved in sports and exercise-related research, as the principal- or co-investigator, now and/or in the past? Please elaborate.
  4. Are you involved in sports and exercise-related research as a subject, now and/or in the past? Please elaborate.
  5. Do you have any current or past contribution to sports and exercise programme/events as a doctor, an administrator? Please elaborate.
  6. Have you participated in sports and exercise medicine-related courses or equivalent? Please elaborate.
  7. Are you practicing in a sports and exercise medicine-related environment and/or is sports-related injuries a major part of your current practice? Please elaborate.

Application Period
1 January 2024 – 30 April 2024

Application Fee
Each submitted application must be accompanied by an online non-refundable application fee of S$50. Applications received without application fee will not be processed.

  • DBS/POSB ATM
  • Cheque/Bank Draft/Money Order/Cashier's Order
  • NETS

All admitted students (excluding non-graduating students and continuing & professional education students) are required to undergo a pre-admission medical examination before enrolment. The university reserves the right to refuse their admission if the students decide to decline this process. Please keep the medical invoice receipt which is needed to be uploaded in the E-verification portal.
