Fully funded by the Wee Kim Wee Legacy Fund, the Short Overseas Journalism (SOJOURN) practicum exposes students to the challenge of reporting in an overseas setting. Students travel to countries as diverse as Vietnam and North Korea on a four to seven day field trip that involves intensive reporting, briefings and site visits.
