Bioinformatics for Molecular Biology and Genomics

DESCRIPTION OF LAB RESEARCH WORK
Our research focuses on computational analysis of biological data, combining the fields of genomics, population genomics, evolutionary biology, and systems biology. The overall aim is to link local adaptation in populations with long-term evolution of species. For this means we are studying how speciation may arise from adaptation, host-microbe interactions and genetic drift processes i plants.
