WKWSCI Students Receive Multiple Awards at the Crowbar Awards

WKWSCI students have received multiple awards at the Crowbar Awards, one of Asia’s most established and respected creative award programmes organised by the Association of Advertising & Marketing Singapore (AAMS). The awards recognise work across advertising, design, film, branding, and innovation, and are widely regarded as a benchmark for creative practice in the region.
This year’s wins span a wide range of categories, shaped through a practice-based curriculum and close guidance from faculty and mentors. Awarded campaign works supervised by Senior Lecturer Ms Wong Pei Wen were developed through Issues in Advertising, Branded Content Marketing for Social Media Campaigns courses, and Final Year Project. Award-winning film works supervised by Senior Lecturer Dr Kym Campbell were produced through ODYSSEE and Image & Sound Production courses, where students develop projects through hands-on storytelling and production processes.
Several projects have also continued beyond the classroom. The Big Bluff, developed as a Final Year Project, previously received the Meta Reels Impact Award, marking its progression from academic work to wider industry recognition.
