Students will be granted access to STARS based on their Registration Study Year. Please check your registration date and time under View Personalised Course Registration Information in STARS from 12 June 2023, Monday, 9 am onwards.

It is the student's responsibility to ensure that you are available during the personalised registration period to register for your courses next semester. The school will not register, change index, swap classes, or reserve courses for you.

Important dates and information on your course registration can be found in the student intranet. You should refer to it for updates.

You can find the list of courses offered by WKWSCI for the stated semester and refer to the class schedule for more information. 

Only Year 3 and Year 4 students may request for overloading of UEs, subjected to approval.

Students are to submit an Overloading Request Form two weeks before course registration begins or by the first week of the Add/Drop period. The School will take up to five days to process the applications for students who wish to overload. Students will be notified of the application outcome through email.

Do note that the overloaded courses will still count towards your cGPA unless it is non-graded (Pass/Fail) or if you exercise the S/U option on it.

Students who wish to appeal for GERPE/UE courses are required to apply through the Online Appeal System in your student intranet ( "Academic Matters > Course Registration") from Monday, 14 August 2023 – Thursday, 17 August 2023 (10.30am – 10.00pm daily). 

You will receive an outcome of your appeal by Thursday, 17 August 2023.

Students who wish to reclassify their course type are required to submit a Reclassification Request Form for each course. The reclassification period is as follows:

Reclassification of courses is not an automatic process and can take up to 2 weeks for it to reflect on your degree audit. You will receive an email notification from the UG Office once your courses have been reclassified.

Refer to your student intranet for the declaration periods for exercising the S/U Option and for Minor Declaration and Filing
