The MSc Finance programme at Nanyang Business School offers an intensive one-year, full-time programme that gives students unparalleled access to tools and resources that will allow them to expand their perspectives and reshape how they see the world of finance. Our students will also have an opportunity to explore emerging fields such as fintech and sustainability and get first-hand insights from industry leaders through our overseas Student Industry Field Trips (SIFT).
Applicants who wish to apply to the MSc Finance programme are required to meet the minimum admission requirements below:
- A good bachelor’s degree from any discipline
- Good GMA or GRE score*
- TOEFL/IELTS score, if English was not the medium of instruction at the undergraduate level
- Work experience is not required
*Graduates from a Singapore autonomous university are exempt from the GMAT or GRE requirement. Graduates from leading universities may be exempt from the GMAT or GRE requirement on a case-by-case basis.

The MSc Finance programme is a full-time programme that can be completed in one year. Students will select between two elective tracks – Fintech and Sustainability – in Trimester 3.
An optional internship is available to participants who wish to gain real-world work experience. The internship will take place from July to December after the completion of all the courses in Trimester 3.
The MSc Finance is a one-year full-time programme across three trimesters. Classes commence in August and will be completed in May the following year. Students will select between two elective tracks – Fintech and Sustainability – in Trimester 3.
