An Enriching Cultural Journey to Taiwan!

From 2nd to 10th January 2025, our LEAD Club students embarked on an inspiring Overseas Cultural Trip to Taiwan, exploring the nation’s rich culture, cutting-edge industries, and vibrant academic institutions.

📍 Highlights of the Trip: Our students visited prestigious universities such as National Tsing Hua University (NTHU), National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST) and National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU). They also had exclusive tours at leading companies, including TSMC, Mighty Net (Might Electronic Group) and FLEXWAVE CO., LTD. gaining insights into Taiwan’s technological advancements.

📍 Reflections from the Trip
Bernice Yip shared: "The trip was eye-opening, especially the unique 'Kuai Kuai' culture in Taiwan, where green snack packets are placed on machines to help them 'behave' properly. The local warmth and hospitality made our journey unforgettable!"

Nimalan Anbhuarasan reflected:” From engaging with university students to visiting companies like TSMC, we gained a deeper understanding of Taiwan’s work and academic cultures. It reinforced the importance of embracing a growth mindset and seizing new opportunities."
