The workforce of today cares more about culture, not pay. According to this NTUC article by Assistant Secretary-General, Patrick Tay, workers are walking away from jobs where they feel unseen or unheard. Workplace culture is no longer a benefit - it's a strategic advantage. To stay competitive, Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) should invest in their people. 

SMEs that prioritize a healthy, positive, and productive working environment will not only attract talent but keep it. A joint study by NTUC, MOM, and CRADLE suggests a three-pronged approach to cultivate a skilled and motivated workforce: Skill Development (S), Meaningful Work (M), and Empowerment (E).
