Biographical Profile
Starion’s research interests focus on the determinants of well-being and how human capital can be developed at both the educational and organizational level as means of empowering individuals to adapt and grow. He is also interested in developing new psychometric assessments that ensure greater task-personality fit and exploring how various determinants of well-being can be modeled into a concise framework. Thus, Starion enjoys data analytics that employs factor analysis and structural equation modeling. He has worked in various research roles that includes developing and programming psychometric assessments and vocational interests for government agencies. Starion has also published at conferences such as the Association for Psychological Science (APS) and International Conference on Well-Being (ICWB), as well as articles on AI-assisted learning.
