SPMS Students Excel in The Global Undergraduate Awards 2019

​Three students at the School of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (SPMS) have won accolades at The Global Undergraduate Awards, an international awards programme for undergraduate research.

Mr Kon Wen Yu, a graduate of the Physics programme, was the Global Winner in the Mathematics and Physics category.

Ms Ng Zi Xuan and Ms Kevitrra Gunasegaran, two graduates of the Chemistry and Biological Chemistry programme, were listed as Highly Commended in the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Sciences category.

Founded in 2008 and based in Ireland, The Undergraduate Awards draws participants from over 45 countries in 25 different disciplines. The award winners were selected by an anonymous panel of international academics and industry leaders.
