Thin Film XRD Workshop

Dear Colleagues and Students,

You’re invited to our “Thin Film XRD Workshop” co-hosted by Rigaku, along with NTU SPMS. We have specially invited Rigaku’s technical staff to give us a rundown of the new equipment that we have procured, and to gain knowledge of the HR-XRD characterisations.
