​Quenching thirst straight from the tap

These four undergraduates have a dream: In the near future, single-use plastic bottles are phased out here and Singaporeans will carry their own water bottles and refill them from taps. The four students, comprising Erny Kartolo, Elaine Wong, Goh Pei Xuan and Tan Yen Ping, from the Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information at NTU, have started a campaign called “Drink Wise, Drink Tap”, which aims to increase the consumption of tap water over bottled water in Singapore.
