A video on how to produce “rainbow bread” for a school project by a student group from NTU WKWSCI went viral on social media. Since then, the group established an official Facebook page Our Grandfather Story to feature videos documenting traditions, industries and crafts that are dying out. They have set up their own firm with the help of funding from a production company. The group’s leader, Matthew Chiew, shared their challenges in running the business and coping with school. They hope to expand their business and would like to film long-form documentaries or try filming overseas.
