​Almost half of the female university students interviewed do not take UTI preventive measures

Despite being the eighth principal cause of death in Singapore, more than half of the female university students interviewed do not know or do not take preventive measures for Urinary Tract Infection (UTI). Following the research, students from NTU’s Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information organised a campaign “Private Matters” to raise public awareness towards UTI and its preventive measures.
