Registration
Registration is required for all participants (including those affiliated with NTU) to facilitate conference planning. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours upon completing registration and fee payments.

Registration Period: 16 June – 15 August 2025.
Early bird pricing ends on 31 July 2025.
REGISTRATION POLICIES
- Accepted payment modes: Visa/Mastercard
- Withdrawal and refund of registration fees (up to 14 August 2025):
- Request to withdraw registration and refund will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the organising committee.
- Approved refunds are subject to an admin fee of SGD$50.
- Overseas bank charges shall be borne by the participant.
- Withdrawals made from 15 August 2025 onward are non-refundable.
- The organising committee will not be facilitating claims to participants’ respective universities or organisations for reimbursements of conference fees. Participants are to bear responsibility for handling such claims directly.
