Nanyang Assistant Professor (NAP) Scheme: Apply Now

The Nanyang Assistant Professorship (NAP) scheme provides an opportunity for outstanding early-career researchers and scholars from Singapore and around the world, who wish to build an academic career with us at NTU. Successful NAP awardees will be offered a tenure-track Assistant Professor appointment and awarded a substantial start-up grant to lay the foundation for their research work at the university.

The NAP scheme offers:
✅ A tenure-track Assistant Professor position
✅ Reduced teaching load for the first few years
✅ A start-up research grant of up to S$1M

We’re looking for passionate scholars with:
🔹 A PhD (or equivalent) obtained within the last 10 years
🔹 A strong track record of early achievements
🔹 Potential to lead independent research
