NTU PEAK 2026

Name of the competition: NTU PEAK February 2026 

About the competition: NTU PEAK is a selective, month-long leadership development programme run by Career & Attachment Office (CAO) together with industry partners. It is designed for high-potential NTU students to work on real business problems while being mentored by industry leaders. The programme culminates in a competition in which participating teams pitch their proposals and are judged by a panel of industry leaders.

Product/Proposal: The team designed SYNC - Sector Aligned: Your Navigation for Collaboration - a marketing engagement and strategy framework developed for the Agency for Science, Technology and Research – Institute of Sustainability for Chemicals, Energy and Environment (A*STAR ISCE²). 

Description: SYNC is designed to tailor technical pitches for different client backgrounds, ranging from technical to non-technical audience. It employs a triple-lens communication approach, structured presentation frameworks, and an audit engine, enhanced through AI and automation to improve clarity, consistency, and adaptability of messaging. Developed under NTU PEAK, Anirudh Mannattil was awarded the Most Promising Leader Award, presented to a select group of students recognised by partner organisations and the NTU PEAK team for outstanding leadership, contribution, and ability to guide the development of the team’s proposal.
