Programme Education Objectives

 

B.Eng. (EEE) programme and B.Eng. (IEM) programme at the School of EEE prepare graduates to have the following attributes 5 years after their graduation:

  1. Competence: Solve complex engineering problems in information engineering and media in multidisciplinary settings, with deep technical competence enhanced through lifelong learning.
  2. Character: Discharge their professional responsibilities with integrity and self-discipline, underpinned by a good understanding of their roles in society, with due considerations for public health and safety, cultural, societal and environmental needs. 
  3. Cognitive Agility: Function effectively as leaders or members in diverse teams with good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as ability to learn and assimilate diverse and interdisciplinary knowledge and ideas.

The PEOs are aligned with the 3Cs of an NTU graduate.
