Supply Chain and Inventory Management

In a globalised business network, the supply chain has become increasingly complex, dynamic, and pivotal to creation of competitive advantages.

We examine improvement strategies for supply chain and inventory management.

We also look at everything from inventory management models to supply chain coordination and mechanism design, from transportation and urban logistics to production planning and operational flexibility, and from pricing and revenue management in a supply chain to retail operations.
