At a culture seminar organised by the Goh Loo Club and Tan Kah Kee Foundation yesterday, NTU Emeritus Professor and SUSS academic advisor Prof Eddie Kuo said that the local Chinese culture has the commonality of originating from the hometown and local cultural characteristics. This innate existence of "dual characters" is a valuable asset of the Singaporean Chinese culture.
