SERENE CAI
Emerging Star Award Recipient

Serene is the Co-Founder and Head of Partnerships & Projects at Speedoc. At Speedoc, she works with major healthcare institutions for clinical validation of digital healthcare, creating consortiums with industry partners to provide enhanced medical care through digital means, and generally finding new and safe ways to enhance healthcare delivery through technology.

WINNIE TAN
Impact Award Recipient

Winnie Tan is the Head of Community Engagement and Sustainability for Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore and the ASA region (ASEAN & South Asia).

She is responsible for driving the development and implementation of the Bank’s sustainability strategy in the region. Her portfolio also includes the governance and delivery of the Bank’s community engagement programmes across ASA region.

Before returning to Singapore to assume this role in 2015, Winnie was the Head of Sustainability & Brand for Standard Chartered Bank in China. She was responsible for the sustainability and community investment programmes, and the chief architect for the Bank’s corporate brand strategy in China.

Winnie joined the Bank in Singapore in 2005. She worked on both Group and Singapore Wholesale Banking communications before relocating to Shanghai in 2007 as the Communications lead for the Bank’s Local Incorporation in China.

Prior to joining the Bank, Winnie was a marketing specialist in news and publishing firms – Singapore Press Holdings, The Edge Singapore and Dow Jones & Company.
