For returning National Servicemen (NSmen)
Here, we have put together essential information on what to expect after you’ve accepted a place at NTU.
If you are serving full-time National Service or have completed your service and are matriculating only after Academic Year 2026-27:
You will receive an acknowledgement letter in September (of the year of application) for the programme you have accepted.
Keep the letter as proof of acceptance and remember your application number for future correspondence with us. We will send you a confirmation letter via email in November/December prior to the year of your matriculation. Please contact us via the enquiry form (quoting your application number) if there is a change in your mailing address, email address and telephone number(s).
If you are returning from National Service to matriculate in August 2026
You will receive an email about your pre-enrolment medical check-up in March/April 2026. If you are unable to matriculate in Academic Year 2026-27, download the Form for Returning National Servicemen, complete and return it to us by the stipulated date.
If you are returning from National Service to matriculate in the Special Term (May/June)
You will receive an email about enrolment procedures in March 2026 if you have completed your full-time National Service and wish to matriculate earlier to enrol in courses offered during the May/June Special Term:
