Application process

 

Applications is now closed.

Select the portal that corresponds to the qualifications you will be applying to NTU with:

• Singapore-Cambridge GCE A Levels
  
• Singapore polytechnic diploma or equivalent
  
• IB Diploma
  
• NUS High School Diploma
  
• International qualifications

The form covers the following sections: 

• Personal particulars 
  
• Qualifications 
  
• Choice of programme, where you can select up to 5 programmes and you have the option to be considered for the signature programmes under our Honours College 
  
• Other important information, including whether you want to apply for a tuition grant, seek financial aid and have any health or disability needs to declare 
  
• [Optional] Aptitude-based admission form
  
• Declaration, where you also set a password that allows you to re-enter the portal and provide additional information after you’ve submitted the application 
  

 

Your application has been submitted successfully if: 

• The application status menu shows your application number and a summary of the items required to be completed by you is generated
• You have received an email acknowledgement  
  

At this point you can also proceed to complete the list of other items required or apply for scholarships. To access the same page later, scroll down to Check Status and login via your respective qualification.

If you have selected Arts (Academic Discipline & Education) and/or Science (Academic Discipline & Education) as one of your choices, you also have to submit the Ministry of Education’s application form online. And for more information on the Ministry’s Teaching Scholarships/Awards, please refer to this link. 

Please note that your application cannot be processed until the application fee and required supporting documents are received within the stipulated deadlines. 

The application fee is S$15 for Singapore citizens and Permanent Residents and S$25 for international students. We only accept payment via the following methods: 

• PayNOW 
  
• VISA 
  
• MasterCard

You can access the payment page via the application status menu. 

The fee is non-refundable regardless of application outcome. Your application will not be processed if we do not receive payment by the stipulated deadline.    

You will be able to access the document checklist via Check Status Portal. Use that to ensure you have sent us copies of all the documents we need to process your application. If there are no links for you to upload documents, then you don’t need to provide any documents for verification.

Additional requirements for Art, Design & Media (ADM) programme portfolio submission and LKCMedicine programme application.

If you are applying to ADM, it is compulsory to submit the required materials for admission assessment if Art, Design & Media is one of your programme choices. Your ADM portfolio must be submitted to us by the stipulated deadline. Please note these vary depending on your application window. 

If one of your choices is the LKCMedicine or Renaisssance Engineering Programme, you will have to complete the application by submitting a personal statement and supporting documents required by the programme via the application status menu.
