The NTU student leadership journey
Through our Student Leadership Development Programme (SLDP), you will grow as a leader at every stage, from building self-awareness in your first year to leading teams, driving impact, and mentoring those who come after you.
Foundational Leadership: You begin with the compulsory Foundational Leadership programme in Year 1, building self-awareness, understanding leader-follower dynamics, and discovering your unique leadership strengths.
Emergent Leadership: If you are ready to take on leadership roles in our student organisations, our Emergent Leadership programme equips you with the mindsets and skills to lead and develop high-performing teams through a rich, blended learning experience.
Impactful Leadership: If you show exceptional leadership potential, you are invited to join our Impactful Leadership programme — a 7-month journey to deepen your leadership competencies through leadership-in-action and personal coaching.
Falcon Mentoring Programme: As a senior student leader, you can give back by mentoring the next generation through our Falcon Mentoring Programme — because at NTU, we believe great leaders grow other leaders.
