The College of Computing and Data Science (CCDS) was established on 1 May 2024, building on NTU’s legacy in computing education and research dating back to 1988. Today, the College brings together computing, data science and artificial intelligence to educate the people who will shape how technology is developed and used.

At CCDS, students build strong foundations in computing while learning to work critically, creatively and responsibly with AI. Our curriculum develops more than technical proficiency: it equips students with the judgement, adaptability and problem-solving ability needed to navigate an AI-shaped world.

Through interdisciplinary learning and opportunities spanning industry, research, enterprise and global exposure, students apply their knowledge to real-world challenges across fields such as healthcare, finance, sustainability and the humanities. They graduate prepared not simply to keep pace with technological change, but to lead what comes next.
