Tuition fees and grants
NTU’s tuition fees are heavily subsidised by the Ministry of Education. The tuition grant, offered to all eligible full-time undergraduate students, helps to manage the costs of a university education in Singapore.
Singaporeans
- Automatically awarded a tuition grant
- Bond-free, except for students studying medicine
Permanent Residents and International Students
- Must apply for a tuition grant in their online application
- Required to sign a bond and commit to working in a Singapore entity upon graduation
