From language immersion and curated experiences in some of Asia’s most exciting cities to studying and conducting research at our partner universities globally, we offer programmes in more than 50 countries to meet your interests.

Beyond pursing exchanges with our 380 partner institutions, you can embark on credit-bearing internships with overseas companies or start-ups in cosmopolitan cities like London, New York or Sydney, or experience working and living in emerging economies such as Papua New Guinea, India, Uganda, Ethiopia, Tanzania and Fiji. Our students have lived, studied or worked on every continent.

What’s key is that at NTU, global exposure is not reserved for a select few. We give every student the chance to experience another culture and see the world. With good planning, you can embark on your first overseas learning trip as early as Year 1, Semester 1. And you don’t have to restrict yourself to just one trip.  It is possible for you to pursue multiple overseas opportunities during your time at NTU. 

Through our wide range of programmes, you have the freedom to go abroad with your NTU peers, travel alongside newfound friends or strike out solo. You gain real-world practical experience, earn academic credits, and build a unique network of academic contacts, colleagues and mentors across the globe that you could tap on for future collaboration opportunities.
