Final-year students from the English Literature and Art History (ELAH) programme led an exhibition at the Goethe Institute from 4 to 12 October 2025.
Co-presented by The Substation and Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF), the exhibition "Between Lands: Migration to Transformation” brought together artists from Southeast Asia to explore the lived collective realities and personal landscapes that emerge through experiences of migration.
Students Foo Wee San, Phyllis Chan, and Goh Cheng Hao were the Youth Curators for the exhibition.
They were advised by Dr. Iola Lenzi, Part-Time Faculty at the School of Humanities.
The project is part of Gathering Ground 2025 organised by The Substation, and Asia-Europe Cultural Festival 2025 – Closing Curtain organised by the Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF), with the financial support of the People’s Republic of China and venue partnership with Goethe-Institut Singapore.
