Connecting Education with Industry Impact: SoH School Advisory Board Holds First Meeting

The NTU School of Humanities held its inaugural School Advisory Board meeting on 27 July 2026 — a significant milestone as the School formalises closer ties between the School and our public-sector and industry partners.

The conversation set out a clear direction for this Board towards strengthening our connections with key partners, expanding internship and career opportunities for SoH students, and ensuring programmes stay responsive to how the workforce is evolving. The Board explored how SoH might tap into ongoing national workforce and skills initiatives, so that our engagement with industry and sector agencies is even better aligned with the broader ecosystem shaping Singapore's future of work.

A heartfelt thank you to all our Advisory Board members for giving their time, insights, and expertise. We're looking forward to working together to create more opportunities for our students and shape a Humanities education optimised for the future of work.
