We are a young, dynamic group of scholars within the School of Humanities dedicated to understanding and teaching modern history from a global perspective.

NTU is a well-resourced research intensive university, currently ranked 11th in the world according to the 2019 QS rankings, and aiming higher. We teach range of courses ranging from archaeology to information technology, from colonial Europe to contemporary Asia, and from gender history to business history and the history of sport. You can find more information about the courses we teach here. We offer a Bachelor of Arts in History, a Master of Arts in Global and Interdisciplinary History and a Doctor of Philosophy in History.
