ERI@N has made great strides in establishing the Institute as a pivotal front runner of research excellence and innovation in the Energy Sector over the past decade. Through the years, we have grown from strength to strength, creating research milestones and building our connections with industry partners and academic collaborators to reach a common goal of preserving, innovating and sustaining Singapore’s energy future.

The Institute has assembled a team of industry professionals driven by the passion to identify problems and opportunities in the energy space and pursue solutions for the same through scientific endeavours and engineering deployments leading to impact. In today’s digitally connected world, there are numerous challenges that we must tackle. With the ever-present growing threat of climate change, and Singapore’s vulnerable position as a low-lying city state with a lack of natural resources, we are committed to building a reliable Energy Grid and reducing our carbon footprints. ERI@N is committed to identifying challenges and accelerating the adoption of innovative software solutions for the energy sector.
