The world of tea is full of hidden treasures – from its vast variety of intricate flavours to its restorative health benefits.  Explore the characteristics of different types of tea, learn proper tea preparation techniques and know how to pair your teas.

THE ORIGINS OF TEA
How much do you know of the tea you are drinking?  How and where did it start?  Sit in with us to find out more about the origins of tea you are having every other day! 

HOW TO BREW A PERFECT CUP OF TEA
Does your tea taste bitter or too blend at times?  Do you know that a cup of tea is well brewed only within 3-5 minutes?  What happens when your tea has been soaked for too long and what should you do when it turns bitter? 

A PROPER TEA DRINKING ETIQUETTE
Busy and hectic schedules had called all tea lovers to drink their tea in just an American mug.  How much do you know about the tea wares and their usage?

HOW DOES THE TEA PLANT TURN INTO THE TEA WE DRINK
Plucking the leaves, frying the leaves and drying them are what we know of how tea leaves are made.  But do we know the actual process?  Let us walk you through the process to better understand the tea you are drinking.

HOW DID HIGH TEA COME AROUND
Is high tea a special timing for tea or can we have high tea anytime we want?  What is included in a high tea and how can we prepare a high tea session for our friends at home?

WHAT QUALIFY AS A GOOD TEA AND WHY ARE SOME SO EXPENSIVE
Why did some people spend so much on tea when it smells and look like any other tea?  Were they con or is it really premium?  How to tell the difference?

DIFFERENT TEA, DIFFERENT CULTURE
How different is the tea culture of the Chinese, Japanese, English and Indian?  What are the differences in the tea of these cultures and how the differ?  Join us and embrace the cultural differences.

CONDIMENTS AND PAIRING
*  Do I need sugar or do I need milk? How to know what goes well with your tea and what spoils it.  
*  How to ensure that you are enjoying and appreciating the tea and not drinking it like water or another soft drink?  
*  Let us share with you what you can enjoy as you are drinking it and how it will enhance the flavour!
