Accept offer via the Joint Acceptance Platform

Please use the Joint Acceptance Platform if you have applied to NTU with one of the following qualifications: 

  • Singapore-Cambridge GCE A-Level 
  • Diploma from Singapore polytechnics: Nanyang Polytechnic, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Republic Polytechnic, Singapore Polytechnic and Temasek Polytechnic 
  • Diploma from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, National Institute of Early Childhood Development, LASALLE College of the Arts, BCA Academy, Institute of Technical Education, Singapore Sports School and National Institute of Education 
  • International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma from Anglo-Chinese School (Independent), Anglo-Chinese School (International), Hwa Chong International School, School of The Arts Singapore, Singapore Sports School, St Joseph’s Institution and St Joseph’s Institution (International) 
  • NUS High School Diploma

What to expect after you’ve accepted

Matriculating in Academic Year 2027-28

If you are matriculating in Academic Year 2027-28, please complete our enrolment procedures as prompted on the online acceptance link after accepting your offer.

    Matriculating after Academic Year 2027-28

    This applies only to Singapore citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents serving full-time National Service. You will receive an acknowledgement email of your acceptance in September/October. Keep the letter as proof of acceptance and remember your application number for future correspondence with us.

    We will send you a confirmation email in November/December of the year prior to your year of matriculation.

      Student’s Pass (For international students)

      We will assist our international students admitted to full-time programmes with their Student’s Pass application (including visas for visa-required countries). Please review the complete application process before you start your Student’s Pass application.

        Please ensure that your contact numbers and email address are valid. If there is any change, please inform us via our enquiry form immediately quoting your application number, as various confirmations, such as Hall allocation notifications, will be sent to you via email only.

         

        Verification of original documents

        NTU checks the authenticity of your documents in one of the following ways:

        1. Official websites

          If available, you are required to provide the login credentials along with the result slip at submission or authorise NTU to access your results directly.

        2. From source by email or post

          We may check directly with the organisation, school or college that awarded the qualification, or ask you to request the organisation, school or college that awarded the qualification to forward your academic results directly to us by email or post. Email submission is preferred.

          • By email – The email must be from an organisation, school or college email address and a suitable member or staff of the organisation, school or college. Your name and application number must be included in the subject of the email.
          • By post – The letter has to be directly from the organisation, school or college that awarded your qualification in a sealed envelope, posted to us at:
            Office of Admissions, Nanyang Technological University,
            Student Services Centre #03-01,
            42 Nanyang Avenue,
            Singapore 639815.

        3. In person
          You may be asked to come in person for verification of specific documents sometime in mid-September/early October after you have matriculated as an NTU student. We will notify you via email to your NTU email address closer to the verification period.
