Japanese Treats Baking Class

In February, we brought our alumni on a "trip" to Japan through dessert baking, where they learnt to bake 2 types of Japanese treats - Green Tea Nama Chocolate and Green Tea Milk Sponge Cake + Black Sesame Chantilly Cream, under the teaching of Chef Philia.
