Programme

Schedule:  apsa schedule 260622

* Schedule link last updated on 22 June 2026

Abstracts: Link will be shared soon.

Presentations should not exceed 30 minutes. We recommend allocating 20 minutes for your talk and 10 minutes for Q&A, but you are free to choose how you would like to carve up your presentation time.

All breakout rooms are equipped with standard PCs and projectors.

If slides are being used, PowerPoint is preferred.

An email will be sent to you about sharing your presentation slides with us in advance. Providing your slides earlier allows us to set up your slides in your session earlier to minimize delays. This is optional. You should still bring a backup on a thumbdrive.

If you’re unable to upload your slides in advance, please bring along your presentation slides in a thumbdrive and load them before the start of the session. Please approach the student assistant assigned to your room for assistance.

We do not recommend using your own laptop to avoid delays.

Lightning presentations:

Presentations should not exceed 5 minutes.

We recommend a maximum of only 3 to 5 slides due to the limited presentation time.
